Peter Mogg
Director - FCPA, B.Ec., AR

Peter Mogg is an Fellow of CPA Australia and Registered Company Auditor. He has been advising the Small Business Enterprise (SME) sector on a range of issues for 30 years. This includes Tax Advice, Restructuring, Succession and Estate Planning. Peter is also a regular presenter at CPA conferences and events, and a former Chair of the CPA Public Practice Committee. Peter and his family Sandra, Annika, Lily and Thomas are heavily involved in the local community and all follow North Melbourne FC.

Rod McLeod
Director - CPA, B.Bus (Acc), AR

Rod started his career at Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd after graduating from La Trobe, University Bendigo with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1992. He gained his CPA qualification in 1996 and became a director of the firm in 2005. He has more than 24 years experience in the accounting and financial planning industry, specialising in Tax and GST compliance, Financial Planning and Business Advisory Services.

Rod is an active volunteer in many local community organisations, enjoys a game of tennis, water skiing, camping and spending family time with his wife Leica and children Jordan, Zac and Laura.

Glen (Bobby) Brooks
Director - CPA, B.Bus (Acc)

Born in Cobram, Bobby graduated from La Trobe University Bendigo with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1992. He gained his CPA qualification in 1996 while working with KPMG Albury. Returning to Cobram in 1997 and gaining a Public Practice Certificate in 1999, Glen ran his own practice, Brooks Accountants for 12 years before merging with Mogg Osborne in 2016. Specialising in Business Development and Planning for SME's, Bobby is passionate about working closely with Family Businesses. 

Heavily involved with local not-for-profit organisations, Bobby is a tragic St Kilda fan. Married to Trudy with 5 children, he enjoys being active and the great outdoors.

Sharon Postlethwaite
CEO of Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd

Sharon moved to Cobram from Melbourne in 1994 to take up the role of Cost Accounting Manager with Kraft Foods Strathmerton, transferring from the Port Melbourne Kraft Foods site. She then moved to Echuca to take on the role of Financial Controller at Kraft Foods Leitchville, before looking for a change and moving back to Cobram. Sharon came to Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd in November 2001 in the position of Office Manager for the Cobram Office. Seeing her excellent management skills and dedication and commitment over the years, the Partners offered Sharon the position of C.E.O and in 2005 Sharon accepted the position.

Kellie Byford
IT & Systems Manager

Kellie commenced employment with the firm in August 1994 as a Payroll clerk and bookkeeper. Shortly after commencing, the firm started a Financial Planning division and Kellie expanded her job role to include Financial Planning Assistant. With that came our first internet connection and we had one Microsoft computer. As the years progressed Kellie's role included working as a Client Manager and completing Tax & GST work, Financial Planning Assistant which included studying & achieving a Diploma in Financial Services.  As the firm grew, Kellie also took on a role in IT. The firm has grown quite considerably over the years and in 2004, Kellie took on the fulltime position of IT & Systems Manager. Kellie now oversees the maintenance of the firms hardware, maintains our website and social media as well as designing new systems & implementing new software & training.

Kellie enjoys the wonderful surroundings of Cobram and spending time with her son Cooper.

Brett Gallagher
Team Leader - CPA, AAR, B.Bus

Brett commenced employment with the firm in March 2005, relocating from Bendigo. Brett studied at La Trobe University for his Degree in Bachelor Business (Accounting) graduating in 2004 and obtaining his CPA qualification in 2010. Brett started as a Client Manager before accepting a Team Leader position in 2008.

Brett enjoys playing cricket and following his team in the AFL.

David Vinecombe
Team Leader - CPA, AAR, B.Bus.

David grew up on the family farm near Barham before being educated in Bendigo and then starting his accounting career in Melbourne working for the Taxation Office. After 3 years in Melbourne, David moved back to the country and began his public accounting career in Swan Hill, where he worked for the next 10 years, before moving to Queensland to take up a position as a partner in one of the largest accounting firms in Cairns. After 8 years with that firm, David left to experiment in a completely different field of accounting, being the Group Accountant for one of Queensland's largest private companies which owned and operated, among other things, over 100 hotels and bottle shops, 13 Childcare Centres and was heavily involved in the construction of multi storey apartment complexes in the Cairns, Townsville and Gold Coast region.

David moved back to this area in 2009 and he and his family now reside in Tocumwal, where he divides his working week between our Cobram and Finley offices.

Greg Dinsdale
Team Leader - CPA, AAR, B.Bus (Acc).

Greg, grew up in Rockhampton, and after graduating in 1985 worked in the Brisbane ATO for 18 months. He returned to Rockhampton and commenced work in public practice. He became a partner in the firm in 1992 and remained a partner until 2011. He remained as senior consultant with the firm until he moved to Cobram with his family and started with Mogg Osborne in 2014. With his mother being raised in Numurkah he is familiar with the area having spent numerous holidays in the region growing up.

He has advised clients in all matters relating to taxation, investment properties, GST, SMSF, estate planning and business structuring, valuations and management. The industries have ranged across all spectrums from primary producers, retail, trades, medical/professionals, engineering and mine services.

Michael Whitford
Team Leader - CPA, B.Bus(Acc)

Michael studied at at LaTrobe in Bendigo for his Bachelor of Business (Accounting). From 1993-2000 Michael worked in industry, specialising in cost accounting in transport and manufacturing.

Michael is married and has 3 young children. He lives on a small lifestyle farm running beef cattle.  His hobbies include bush camping, 4WDriving,  restoring & enjoying old Holdens.

Jacquie Ryan
Self Managed Super Fund Manager

After 10 years working for the Commonwealth Bank in various branches Jacquie settled back in Cobram to raise a family. Commencing employment with the firm in July of 2000, this was Jacquie's introduction to GST. Having grown though the years with the firm Jacquie has taken on various roles within the firm and has a wealth of knowledge. As demand for Self Managed Super Funds has grown, Jacquie has taken on the role of manager of the Self Managed Super Fund Division.

Jacquie has a strong community involvement with the Cobram Football Netball Club and the Cobram Cricket Club and various other committees. Jacquie is devoted to her family, husband Chris and sons Dylan and Andrew. Jacquie also likes to spend time catching up with friends.

Janine Luxford
Self Managed Super Fund Manager - CPA, B.Bus(Acc)

Janine grew up on a small farm in Gippsland, surrounded by a large extended family.
She found a real interest in Accounting whilst in secondary school and went on to Graduate from Monash University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree. She then joined the banking sector, spending two years as a business teller with ANZ. In 2004 she attained her CPA qualification.

Annette Stillard
Client Manager - B. Bus (Acc)

Annette grew up on a farm outside of Barooga before attending Latrobe University, Bendigo, graduating in 1991. She commenced her public accounting career with Richmond and Johansen and Vin Slater & Associates, both in Bendigo, before switching to company accounting in businesses including Hume & Iser Home Timber & Hardware (Bendigo) Recopak Machinery (Cobram - metal engineering) and Tocumwal Lions Community Hostel (Aged care – Tocumwal) as well as operating the family business, Norgate's Plant Farm for several years. Commencing with the firm in August 2012 she returns to public accounting three days a week.

Mother of two beautiful boys she has an active interest in photography and gardening and recently commenced farming with her siblings.

Ben Zito
Client Manager


Ben is a local guy that has lived and grown up in Cobram his whole life. He completed VCE in 2016 at Cobram Secondary College.  From day dot Ben knew he wanted to be involved in an Accounting firm, so after finishing school he moved to Albury/Wodonga to study a Bachelor in Business (Accounting) at LaTrobe University.

Ben was successful in obtaining the trainee accounting position at Mogg Osborne and moved studies to LaTrobe University in Shepparton to study a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) part time.


Outside of work Ben enjoys sports and spending time at the river camping with family and friends.

Catherine Jones
Client Manager - B.Acc

Catherine grew up in Bendigo before moving to Cobram to join the Mogg Osborne team in July 2013. She completed her Bachelor of Accounting at LaTrobe University Bendigo in 2012, before deciding to make the big move to begin her career. She is currently studying towards her CPA.

In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as sewing and photography.

Emma Skehan
Client Manager - CPA, B.Acc

Emma grew up in the Cobram area, completing her VCE at Cobram Secondary College in 2009. She graduated from LaTrobe University, Bendigo in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accounting, before joining the firm in January 2013. Emma attained her CPA qualification in 2016. Emma has also taken on the role of being our Xero Champion.

Emma enjoys playing netball for Katamatite, skiing at the snow and spending time with family and friends.

Genevieve Taylor
Client Manager - B.Com(Acc)

Genevieve grew up in the Cobram area and completed secondary school at St Mary of the Angels, Nathalia in 2004. While working as a trainee accountant in Shepparton she graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2009. She returned to Cobram in March 2016 and began working for Brooks Accountants. Her main focus and area of expertise is taxation compliance. Genevieve currently works on a part time basis as she is studying her CPA. 

Outside of work Genevieve spends most of her time with her daughter, Annabel.

Ginetta Hyde
Client Manager

Ginetta is a local girl having grown up in the Cobram area. After finishing high school Ginetta completed a certificate in Advanced Accounting. Ginetta commenced employment with the firm in September 2001 as a Client Manager and is also our Reckon Accounts specialist.

Ginetta and her husband Dylan have 2 children Tarkyn & Lara, and enjoy spending time on the river, and as the kids are growing they are becoming more involved in sports.

Katrina Chellew
Client Manager - B. Bus (Acc)

Katrina commenced employment with the firm in March 2005. Katrina grew up on her family farm just north of Yarrawonga. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from La Trobe University in 2008. Katrina has been a BAS preparer, Client Manager & Banklink champion during her time at Mogg Osborne. Katrina has taken time off to have her 2 children, Archer & Skye, and has returned in October 2015 on a part time basis.

Outside work Katrina enjoys playing netball & spending time with her family & friends.

Kirsty Foster
Client Manager - CPA, B.Bus

Kirsty grew up in Cobram before moving to Bendigo to study at La Trobe University. After graduating in 1999 Kirsty worked in a Bendigo accounting firm for 7 years before moving to Perth for work. Kirsty returned to Cobram and began working at Mogg Osborne in 2009 where she worked for 2 years before moving back to WA for 12 months. Once again Kirsty returned to Cobram and back to Mogg Osborne in 2012 before taking some time off for the birth of her son in 2013.

Kirsty enjoys being a mum to her two children Ella and Jack, and spending time with family and friends.

Sam Bugge
Client Manager - CPA, B.Comm.

Sam grew up in Kyabram and started her accounting career as a trainee for a Shepparton firm before joining our firm in 1995. Sam completed her Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University in 2002 and her CPA qualification in 2005. She left the firm in 2005 to travel Australia with her husband Shane and since then has worked part-time for the firm in-between having her children Ned & Bonnie. She returned to full time work with Mogg Osborne in February 2015 after a 2 ½ year trip around Australia with her family.

Outside work she enjoys exploring new places, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.

Taylah Hazelman
Client Manager

Taylah is a local girl who grew up in Cobram. She completed her VCE in 2013 at Cobram Secondary College.
Unsure of what Taylah wanted to do straight after high school, she then moved to Melbourne and spent 2 & 1/2 years working in the National Australia Bank & studying Accounting part time online.
Taylah was sucessful in obtaining a Trainee Accountant position with Mogg Osborne in August 2016 & is still continuing her studies towards a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at La Trobe Shepparton.

Outside of work Taylah enjoy playing Netball, keeping fit, travelling and spending time with my family & friends.

Tracey Watt
Client Manager

Tracey has lived in the Cobram area all her life.  After spending 18 years with Barooga Sports Club, Tracey and her family owned and operated the Barooga General Store for 8 years.  Having a couple of years off due to family commitments, Tracey then joined the Brooks Accountants team in September 2014 before merging with Mogg Osborne in November 2016.

Outside of work Tracey enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Trudi Haswell
Client Manager

Trudi moved to Cobram from New Zealand with her family for a life change. Trudi was here for 2 years before finally finding Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd in March 2005. Trudi started off as a BAS preparer before moving to the role of Client Manager. In May 2008 with our regional area severely affected by drought, Trudi also took on the role of Drought Management which she had found to be very challenging.  With the drought finally easing over the past couple of years and experience gained in dealing with Centrelink, Trudi is now our Centrelink expert assisting clients with any Centrelink applications or questions they may have.

After 32 years with Telstra Warwick made a career change to the accounting field through an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from the Riverina Institute of TAFE. He works in Finley and Cobram, and thoroughly enjoys the work and the people in the company.

In his spare time he is heavily involved with local football, cricket and Finley Lions Club.

Lisa Ford
Audit Client Manager - CPA, B.Comm.

Lisa graduated from La Trobe University in Shepparton in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree. Lisa worked for a large firm in Shepparton for 4 years before commencing employment with the firm in January 2004. Lisa has attained her CPA qualification in 2009 before taking maternity leave. Lisa has worked in various areas of the firm from reception, PA work and internal procedures to client manager, corporate secretarial and auditing.

Lisa & her husband Trevor are enjoying being parents to their son's Jake & Sam and spending time with family and friends.

Harpinder Dhaliwal
Audit Client Manager - B.Acc

Harpinder completed her Bachelor in Accounting degree in 2012 and then joined the team at Mogg Osborne as a Trainee Accountant. Harpinder is involved with processing in the Tax & Compliance division as well as taking on a lead role in the Audit division. Harpinder loves her work and enjoy's the company of her fellow team members at Mogg Osborne. She is currently studying towards her CPA.

Outside work, Harpinder enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaswant & getting together with friends.

Kade Beasley
Team Leader

Kade recently returned to Cobram after spending 15 years in Dublin, Ireland where he had a comprehensive career in Portfolio Management and Fund Administration, with over 7 years' experience as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager covering global equities, as part of a team managing over €1 billion in assets under management. Before moving to Ireland Kade worked in International Trade Services with the National Australia Bank in Melbourne.

Alan Reeves
Portfolio Manager

Alan joined Mogg Osborne in 2014 as a Financial Planner. He has previously been employed in Accounting & Legal Practices over many years. Alan's previous experience also includes 10 years as a Financial Planner after which he decided on a change to be involved in the tourism industry in Yarrawonga. He is now back doing the style of work he has enjoyed most.

Alan enjoys spending time with his family and really enjoys stirring up his grandchildren.

Louise Greenwood
Portfolio Manager

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 Louise worked in administration for a large company in Melbourne. After deciding on a tree change she relocated to Cobram and joined the firm in 2007. Louise works in the firms Financial Planning division and enjoys the variation of tasks and liasing with clients.

Louise enjoys spending time with her partner Beau, daughter Emma and son Jack.

Bree Carmichael
Client Service Officer

Bree started work with Mogg Osborne in November 2011 in the financial planning team after several years out of the workforce looking after her 3 boys. Bree moved to Cobram from Melbourne with her husband and children in 2008 to be closer to family and haven't looked back.

Bree enjoys life on the Murray, camping and spending time with friends.

Rachael Baxa
Client Service Officer

Rachael is a local Cobram girl who has grown up and worked in Cobram all her life, as well as being a part of her husbands local Painting & Decorating business.  Rachael has worked in customer service/administration roles for the last 20 years.

Rachael began working at local Real Estate & Stock Agent  firms for around five years, before moving on to the Bendigo Bank for eight years, where she took on a customer service role and then a supervisors role, before leaving to start her family.  After studying for 18mths, Rachael then took on a part-time role at Sporties Health & Fitness as a qualified Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer, to fit in with her young family.

After eight great years in the fitness industry, and with her boys getting older, Rachael decided to move back into the administration area, and began working with Brooks Accountants in March 2016, who have since merged with Mogg Osborne.

Rachael enjoys keeping fit, going to the gym, playing netball, water skiing, camping with family and friends, and watching her boys play sport.

Catherine grew up in Cobram, completed VCE at St Mary's Nathalia in 2011. She has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration. Catherine is part of our administration team as well as being our Banklink champion.

Cheryl Finch
Corporate Services & Personal Assistant

Cheryl migrated from Canada in 1991 and settled in Cobram with her husband, Eric. Following a number of years at home with her three sons, Michael, Jason and Philip, she commenced working with Watters Electrical in 2002. In November, 2006, she took a position with The Panda Ranch Group as a member of their fruit marketing team. Following a corporate re-organisation in 2007 and moving the offices to Shepparton, Cheryl decided to leave the marketing team and return to working in Cobram. She began working with Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd in November 2008 and with a background in corporate legal administration is well suited to oversee corporate services in the firm.

Cheryl has been involved with many community organisations including Junior Soccer, basketball, Scouts, primary and secondary school parent committees and Church Council. She enjoys bushwalking, reading, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Jacinta Ciccone
Administration & Personal Assistant

Jacinta has worked closely with Glen for over nineteen years. She has completed Certificate III in Business Administration.  Jacinta forms an integral part of the Mogg Osborne Team.

Currently Jacinta balances work and life as a wife and mother of 3 and works three days a week from the office.
At the moment her life pretty much revolves around children and work, however Jacinta does enjoy the occasional Camping trip and watching Holden beat Ford.

Mikaela Brennan
Reception, Administration & Payroll

Mikaela completed year 12 in 2012 at Numurkah Secondary College. Not knowing what she wanted to do with her career she spent 12 months working at the Cobram Hotel waitressing. In October 2013 she joined Mogg Osborne as a full time receptionist. She is currently completing a Certificate III in Business Admin and eventually would like to travel overseas.

Mikaela enjoys netball, skiing on the Murray river and the company of her family and friends.

Margaret Breust
Reception & Administration

Having lived in Finley all her life, Marg has come to know many people through various occupations including working for 20 years on & off with the local newsagency & also running the local Indoor Sporting Complex for 12 years, which was a very challenging yet rewarding experience.

Marg was successful in obtaining a job with Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd & has been here for almost 13 years and (hopefully) will be here for sometime yet. Marg's role with Mogg Osborne Pty Ltd is Receptionist/PA at the Finley Office, which she really enjoys along with all the meet and greet aspects of this role.

Sue Charlton
Reception & Administration

Sue commenced at Mogg Osborne in March 2006 after moving from Melbourne where she worked at Kraft Foods for 16 years in various roles.

Sue left us in 2008 after having her daughter Leah, then started back with Mogg Osborne in April 2012, so her face and voice would be very familiar to many of our clients. Sue enjoys the diversity in her role as a receptionist.

In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time with her family, friends and camping.
